I would like to know, if you are still giving costume design classes.
If yes, please let me know if some prerequisite is required, how long it takes the course, and how much would cost for foreigns.

Yes I do. At Diablo Valley College. But likely next Spring will also be online, so I’m guessing the Spring Costume design class will be out there. This fall (and every semester) I do the Stage makeup class, and I am converting it to all online right now. This runs from August 24-December 13 Info on costs are at https://www.dvc.edu
I do teach Inro to Costume Design in Spring at Diablo Valley College. However, until Covid, I did not do online ones at DVC. However I will be doing An Online version of Intro to Costume Design class this spring through Diablo Valley College starting January 2021!
